To ensure you secure your desired date, we highly recommend booking our services at least 9-12 months in advance. This allows you to reserve your spot before someone else does. However, if you find yourself in need of our services at the last minute, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Occasionally, we have openings and we will do our utmost to accommodate all brides, regardless of the timeframe. Your satisfaction is our priority and we strive to make your special day exceptional.
Travel fees are based on location where services will be rendered.
For your convenience, we add gratuity to each contract. Please check your contract for gratuity fees.
We stay until every member of the bridal party and bride are completed. However, we offer an option to have artists stay throughout the day to touch up the bride and her party. We also have an option that includes a second look. Learn more about these options here.
The wedding trial is an enjoyable and collaborative experience, where our skilled artists work closely with you to bring your dream beauty look to life. We encourage you to bring along members of your party or your mother to join in on this special day. Feel free to bring light snacks and drinks to share with your loved ones. Take advantage of this day to unwind, relax and build anticipation for your big day.
If you’re worried your hair isn’t long enough, or thick enough, for your desired look, we have you covered! At Sarah Delaine Brides, we offer multiple extension options to fulfill your needs and wants. Please refer to our extension guide for more information on extension options.
While all our artists have been trained to be able to perfect any style, each artist has a unique style based on their passions, experiences and expertise, therefore, we require all brides to fill out a questionnaire to properly match them with artists who will execute exactly what they want on their wedding day.
Absolutely! We offer our hair and makeup services at all your pre-wedding events. Majority of brides will do a blowout for the rehearsal dinner, so their hair is fresh for the wedding day. If you are interested in having our artists come to your pre-wedding events, reach out to us to get those booked!
Sarah Delaine Brides is home to the infamous Bridal Suite which accommodates brides and their bridal party the day of the wedding to get ready. It has 4 chairs designed for hair and makeup application, custom lighting, a kitchenette for snacks and drinks, a private closet for your dresses and much more. Within three days, you can expect to hear from us with a proposal that outlines how we can collaborate together, provided we have your date available.
Absolutely! Sarah Delaine artists are trained in all different styles. However, certain artists specialize in specific styles, so we match you with the artist that is best for your desired look. Take a look at Wedding Styles to see all the different styles of weddings we have worked with.
We ask that if you need to cancel that you do so (x amount) of months before the wedding. Your $200 deposit put down is non-refundable.
We ask that all our clients have fresh skin (washed and lotioned) and hair (washed and dried out) prior to our arrival. This gives us a clean base to begin working and aids in a flawless finished look.
